We don't recommend relying on "instant home evaluations" or "online value estimates" if you want to know the current value of your home! This is because they don't have enough info about your home to make an accurate estimate!

There are many variables when it comes to properly valuing a home.

1) What type of heating system does it have? And what is the age of the heating system?
2) How old are the windows?
3) How old are the shingles?
4) How many beds & baths?
5) Is the attic dry?
6) Is the framing and flooring straight?

9) How old are the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring?
10) Does it have a garage? (Or does the condo have parking?)
11) How's the landscaping? (curb appeal)
12) How big is the yard?
13) Is it in an appealing neighbourhood and ideal location?
14) What are the drawbacks to this property?
15) What is the short and long term potential of this property? (pros and cons)

All these questions and more need to be considered in order to properly determine a home's value!
